Food Delivery (Deliver orders promptly and efficiently to the tables, ensuring correct presentation and temperature)
Service and Satisfaction (Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns)
Table Maintenance (clear tables, clean tables, maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area)
Teamwork (collaborate with kitchen, bar staff, and assist other team members as needed)
Menu Knowledge (maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu items, ingredients and preparation methods

Must work 30+ hrs/wk

Basic computer and math skills required to operate a POS System
Passionate about serving the public
Communication Skills (Clear and professional interaction with customers and team members)
Time Management (Work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service (Greet Customers, Answer Questions, Provide Menu Recommendations, Upsell Menu Items and Current Deals or Specials)
Order & Payment Processing (Take Customer Orders, Enter into POS System, Process Cash & Credit Cards, Issue Receipts, Provide Correct Change)
Workstation Maintenance (Keep the Cashier Area & Dining Spaces Clean, Organized & Stocked)
Server Food to Customers when Servers need assistance
